The employees were courteous but not flexible. Even hotels and airlines work with you with enough time. This was really disappointing and not oriented towards the customer!
I booked a spot for my child's birthday party 3 weeks in advance. Unfortunately i needed to cancel 48 hours after my booking and the $100 was NOT refundable.

Great trampoline park, complete with 4 party rooms for birthday parties, a mini arcade with some of the games that you might find at the arcade at Belmont Park, and even a special section for kids 6 and under, because , you know, we don't want kids getting hurt these days
They should train their employees to mention that and also put it in the email.
I was NOT TOLD at any point that it was non refundable at the time of the booking and the email also doesn't mention that detail.
