I waited in line for 30 minutes because there was only one person working the window. Everyone around me was frustrated. I got to the front and wanted to withdraw money from a prepaid card, but they sent me away because they couldn't check the balance and made me go call to find out. i then had to wait in line again. terrible service.
Staff is courteous but this location is chronically understaffed. Long lines every time I go.
Three coworkers socializing in the corner unwilling to assist a very slow moving line. Finding out about weekend activities amongst coworker is much more important. Changing banks tomorrow.
If you can I would avoid banking with BofA. While the bank itself is nice and convenient the customer service charges for banking with them are pretty silly and something one shouldn't put up with but just don't know any better. Get yourself a good credit union if you can….
