This place has excellent food and great service. I always get the Miele Latte, it is sweetened with honey and cinnamon and nutmeg. Their croque monsieur is delicious! The staff are very friendly as well.
We have brunch here every time we visit San Diego. I tried the spinach crepe on my last visit and loved it! I love their fresh berry crepe as well. I had a strawberry macaroon that was pretty tasty. I always try to sit outside because it's a bit tight inside when people are ordering. It's a very cute place with good food.
Great little French place. Good food and coffee and nice little spot to link up with friends.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the time gap between serving coffee and food was a bit long. Flavors were amazing. Enjoyed a delicious vegan crêpe! Amazing neighborhood. Easy to park on weekdays. Outside tables.
I went to Cafe Madeline to cheer me up from a bad morning. Instead they forgot my order and left me sitting. I had to ask for a refund and then ask again to refund the tip from the meal that was never served. I still had to pay for the coffee. I think the correct thing to do would be to say that “We’re sorry - this one’s on the house.” Instead, I won’t be coming back to Cafe Madeline. Sorry, I really want to like you, but this really crashed my day.
