I will say I was pleased with the outside manager who was calling out his employees for missing spots and such. So I hope they will step up their game, as this location is very convenient for me.
I just got home from here and when I started to look at my seats, I got angry. I spent $80 dollars for a leather detail of my seats and interior and there was still dirt all in the cracks. If I am paying that much it better be spotless. This is my second time here and last time they didn't even lift up my mats and I paid $50 for shampooing of the carpets. I was willing to try again but will never be back. Maybe the basic $15 wash is worth it but, I rather pay $7 at the one of Claremont drive and then vacuum and wipe down everything myself because I could do a better job. So disappointing that I have basically wasted $80 here today.
Under the new management the prices have gone up significantly and the quality has gone down. For nearly half the price I would get my cars back spotless, inside and out. Now it seems they don't even touch the interior.
Hella expensive !! I didn't know how much until they started vacuuming. Didn't think $15 for a basic car wash. If I had known it was that much I would have bought a Soapy Joes membership...its $15 For unlimited car washes per month I think. Dang! I won't be back. Can't afford tipping for that much. No wonder no one is here.
Paid $55 for their "Hand Wax." The kid wiped some liquid "wax" on and immediately off. Did not do any buffing. No improvement at all over a regular wash. Save your money and time!
I have a 4 door Jeep wrangle, black interior and a shedding puppy. I had massive amounts of hair all over the car that was basically woven in the seats and carpet. I had a full detail on the car and they did a fantastic job. The inside and outside of my car was amazing, there was not a hair left in the car and every piece was polished. The entire car looks brand new. If anyone has a Jeep or is familiar with them, the black bumpers/ side steps get very worn/faded after a while. I don't know what they put on them but they are dark black and keeping their color. I couldn't be happier. I know a lot of comments mentioned how long they take and I am more than happy to wait for an outstanding job. Good work takes time, I went on a nice run on the bay and came back to a perfect car ;-) Thank you. First time coming here and I will absolutely come back!
