We had to replace an electrical panel in our house. Ramon did an excellent job. He is very detailed and thorough. While the cost for job might be a little high, the quality of work and the warranty are worth the peace of mind. Also, later that night we had issues power not being on upstairs, related to the main electrical panel. We called Ramon at 8pm and he came right over to fix the problem. By 9pm our power was back on. This type of customer service and response time is commendable.
The installation service requested was done in an efficient and professional manner. The coordination between the front office and the field technicians cost them a star. I informed the front office of additional work and expected an estimate and information transfer to the field technician. The transfer did not occur but they were able to accomplish the additional work at the same visit.
Ramon is a true professional. I've had several bad experiences with electricians in the past, but Ramon has restored my faith in the trade. He explained what was going on with my panel and the switch, and took care of it. He also explained the difference between replacing and restoring the panel so that I can consider my options and make a decision soon. I'm so glad I found Point Loma Electric and Ramon, and highly recommend them both!
The Point Loma Team was fantastic! We had electrical issues that needed attention and a list of items that we wanted advice on. Charlie Holt, who is extremely knowledgeable, came out to go over the list; provided options and alternatives which were all accepted. He did not disappoint us. David and his team did an an outstanding job in doing the work! It took three days to complete this complex job. Everyone was timely, clean, and respectful of property. Nearly every room in this large 50 year old home was touched and we wanted additional outlets and lighting installed outside the home. Necessary damage to walls/ceilings were kept to a minimum. We could not be more please with the work. Clearly, Point Loma Electric is our go-to company for electrical needs. We may have paid for a Cadillac but got a Rolls Royce! Thank you!
Have used this company 3 times now. Each time was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Office staff was polite and helpful and the electricians they sent out were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me, got my OK before doing any work, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The office even calls after service to check how it went. Can't ask for more than that. More expensive than my handyman but I don't want to mess around with electrical and non- pros. Very satisfied with the service and the work done and feel that we've gotten fair value for the money. I highly recommend and would not call anyone else.
