All I wanted was a small token of acknowledgement that what they have on their web site is NOT what they deliver. In addition to not genuinely trying to make things right, I was blamed for their lack of integrity and proper business practices, being told that "To make sure you get exactly what you want next time, please go ahead and write in the special instructions that you want the arrangement identical to the websites' image." Who in the world should have to do that to guarantee they get what they pay for?

For my elderly mom's birthday, I ordered what looked to be a gorgeous, lush, professionally designed arrangement and what I got instead was something that looks like it was made at a grocery store. I asked for a partial, not total, refund to reflect the huge difference between what they'd advertised online and what they delivered. They offered another arrangement, which would not work as my parents are in their 80s and don't need the hassle of waiting for another delivery and giving back the original arrangement for a replacement. Why in the world would a gift recipient have to be bothered this way?
