I must say, the others were not bad. We liked all three contractors that came to the house, but we just trusted Temecon the most. We like their experience and great attention to detail.
This was last summer and I called some of the bigger general contractors first, the ones that advertise during the Padres games, and they didn't seem to want to accommodate me. I don't know why because I was planning a pretty big project, at least it was big to me; 2 room additions and a new kitchen.
After getting blown off by other contractors, I tried Temecon and Joby came out and spoke to me and my wife to understand exactly what we wanted to do. We walked around and he provided suggestions and made recommendations that would save us money and make the improvements better. We really liked him, but felt compelled to call a few others anyway.
The work they did is beautiful and nearly flawless. We are very picky so we scrutinized everything, right down to the paint. The kitchen has chair guards, which are accented with beautiful crown molding. The combination of paneling and wall paper make it look real classy. We have windows on two sides and the placement of them – a suggestion by Temecon – gives the room beautiful light. We love going in there to eat breakfast with all that sunshine. It just starts our day off bright and beautiful. I could write more, but just want to say that Temecon is a great San Diego general contractor. We love our home now.
We’re very happy to have chosen Temecon General Contractor for our new home remodel. We spent more time looking for a good general contractor than anything else. In fact, we saw Temecon first, but kept shopping around. Some of the bigger companies seemed like they could care less about getting our business. Temecon came out and gave us a great price on our remodel, better than the rest, that’s why we chose them.
The kitchen remodel and room additions came out better than expected. We love our granite counter tops, our oak cabinets, the custom styled rooms with crown molding and chair guards (Temecon's suggestion). Get lots of compliments from the family, friends and neighbors.
