AWFUL! If i could rate this poor excuse of an establishment a 0 i would.
The place was packed but there was plenty washers and dryers available, it was also nice and clean.
Awful. The whole place is run by a bunch of foreigners who don't speak English. I showed up at 9:32 because their site said they closed at 11 but said nothing about last wash at 9:30. I was very apologetic and explained I was misinformed and asked if I could still do my laundry since I'm only 2 minutes late. She got mad at me and started pointing to the door speaking Spanish. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Some what of a good price, better then some places for a single wash(1.75). It's pretty clean too.
Clothes took an hour to wash when the machine had initially displayed it would only take 28 minutes. The employees were rude and were angry I couldn't understand them. No one employed here speaks English. The manager refused to come stop the machine and give me my clothes back and suggested I come another day when he would be in. Dryers take 12 mins per quarter unless you put two of them in then it gives you 20 minutes. It rips you off two minutes so you have to wait until the cycle is done to put another quarter in. The dryers change their settings mid cycle from high temp to med temp. I assume this is done so it takes longer for the clothes to dry.
I get my laundry change here. It isn't as bad as people say. It's a laundromat on El Cajon Blvd near decent restaurants, what more do you want?
Horrible service and customer service. Never coming back.
