Bad customer service here. JASMINE has a bad attitude over the phone. Don't waste your time with this firm. They are unresponsive and apathetic to your needs. I Paid $99 dollars because they promised me that they would reduce my charges. Unfortunately they lost my case and i still have to pay the full fine plus traffic school. I get that they can't guarantee a win on every case, but the fact that they weren't able to reduce the fine makes no sense. I don't like that they don't communicate with you much and every time i called i was always rushed through the call and was barely able to ask questions. This place is a BIG SCAM!!! All they do is extend the court date, then when they go to court they plead guilty.
You will see lot of 5 Star Reviews! Don't be fooled. They have horrible customer service and once they collect the money they are on to the next person.
I don't recommend this place to anyone! Search for a better attorney if you need assistance. For minor traffic violations, you can go to court and fight it yourself. They have the same odds you do of the police officer not showing up and all they do is prolong the court date. Save your money!!

We are all victims of our own stupidity! I am not mad because in all honesty he is hustling. Just disappointed I was stupid enough to fall for it. Use at your own discretion!
