I usually eat unhealthy, cheap fast food for lunch. I wanted to make a change so I tried a week's delivery of Meal Prep Sunday San Diego.The food was delivered properly. The meal size is a good portion. What I have to rave about is the food quality and taste. I will be ordering from them again.
I used the Meal Prep San Diego service only recently, a couple days earlier and they were magnificent. I hadn't expected the delivery being that quick and they were very much prompt as well. I was even further delighted when looking at what they had sent, it was all perfect. Thanks guys!
Delicious and healthy menu with a great environment. Incredibly fresh, very helpful & friendly staff. Great staff - they're always smiling & no matter how big the line is they're speedy. Priced fairly based on quality of ingredients. Will definitely be going back again

Where do I begin with how much I love Meal Prep Sunday San Diego?!?!?!?! I've used this service for about the past month and it's been a truly rewarding experience. When I first signed up for this service, I signed up on a Saturday afternoon so I figured that I wouldn't receive my first set of meals until the following week. To my surprise, on that next day around 4pm, I received a text that my meals had arrived.
The meals themselves have been absolutely amazing and every week they switch up the menu, so it's easy to stay on course with your clean eating. My favorite meal to date has been the Pesto Chicken, I think I could eat that for an entire week and still not be sick of it.
My favorite part though, has been the results. Over the past few weeks, I've gone from 165 to 160 and have lost stomach fat and I definitely have gained some lean mass. I wish I would have done a before body fat percentage, but through these meals, I've been able to reach 6% body fat. I can't wait to continue my fitness goals journey with Meal Prep Sunday San Diego.
