Tourist beware. You are better off parking elsewhere and uber/lyft in. It is ridiculous to leave. The 1st hour is free but then it's 2.00 every 15.00. Keep in mind if it's busy it will take up to an hour wait to just leave. I just had this experience. It's outrageous with only 2 lanes to leave and 7 levels of traffic to merge. It's a perfect scam. The long everyone in line it's changing every 15 minutes times tons of cars. Locals no better than this rip off of a parking. I don't want our tourist to get a bad taste or bad experience of our beautiful town.
RIP OFF ALERT!!!!!. Just found out that Horton Plaza now has no free parking; $2 per 15 minutes. So much for going there for lunch.
This is a review of the parking lot at Horton plaza, which will probably be the last thing standing when this mall finally implodes. Used to be, you could park for free for three hours with validation. Then they axed that and started basically a no free parking policy, which led everyone to abandon parking here. It was a dumb move on their part and helped ruin this mall. Now they've brought in early bird parking for 9 bucks, so as long as that lasts, great.
Parking here is a nightmare. I was charged $30 for 3 1/2 hours on a Tuesday evening. I will never visit again.
Parking here is absolutely horrendous. I had a difficult time finding my car, so I called up security to help. The guy rides up, I smiled & tried to wave him down, and he completely ignored us and drove away in the opposite direction. Not to mention the fact that they charged me $48 for parking overnight. Absolutely horrible. Don't park here ever. Any of the Ace Parking lots and ramps are more reasonably priced and have better service.
