Master Don Schoenberger redeemed our shower with research and prompt service. We have an expensive piece of plumbing in our master bath shower. This product isn't currently available in CA due to some paperwork problem. Don researched and found a replacement in another state. He told me the part would be in a week and it was. We were without our shower for 10 days instead of 3 months which was a previous experience. He answers texts on time and gave us several options on what to do about the problem. Would highly recommend this company.
Finding a good plumbing service can be a challenge. Fortunately, I contacted Core Plumbing. They were extremely responsive and were able to fix our leaking faucet that day. All the work was completed with excellent communication from Josh. In fact he was able to proactively advise and fix an additional repair work which could have been a problem later on.
