It is so difficult to find a car service offering car seats. Luckily we found City Captain. We did not want to rent a car and City Captain was there for us. They met us at the airport when they promised. The car seat was in the car as promised. Children's music was playing in the car! The driver, Joseph, was extremely friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.
Joe with City Captain Transport has served our family exceptionally well on two separate occasions. He arrived promptly with a toddler car seat safely and properly installed. His communication with us prior to his arrival at both our home and the airport were both helpful and timely. During the trips, he was engaging and kind with both my daughter and myself. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have such reliable help to make solo traveling with a little one more convenient and pleasant. We will absolutely use the service again, and highly recommend it to any family needing a safe, secure ride.

I got Transportation from Long Beach boat terminal to San Diego. The diver was very nice. He made sure my group of 7 got there and back safely. He was very friendly. We had some meeting up issue and he accommodate us with no issue. I will very much use this service company again.
Needed a last minute pick-up from the airport with my toddler — I had been counting on taking Uber because in New York there is a car seat option (apparently not at the SD airport). They arrived quickly after calling last minute, and even played kids music that my daughter loved! Great ride and service!
