Great bookstore with a lot of original zines and unusual books! The vibe is great and the sister-store next to it with all the art books is great too.
The prices are abysmal and their return policies are archaicly draconian.
I recommend renting your books elsewhere. Customer service is slacking & they will accuse you of not returning a book, charge you the full amount, & then proceed to not apologize for their mistake when an employee finds it on the shelf. They also will hang up on you, act very rudely on the phone, & your grades will be on hold because of their mistake.
nice customers service , but books are very expensive if compare with amazon, chegg and other websites prices
I found the staff very helpful with me and courteous. They were very willing to help me hunt for my books. I can't bend down for books on lower shelfs and they were great.
