I went over to see if I could get the $8 car wash on my white 2000 BMW 328i (but first I hosed it off, to get rid of the dust. It still has nice paint, but I hadn't washed it in months, and it had a fair amount of tree sap on it). I drove into the 'entrance' (the vacuuming area), and asked the guy who waved me in if I could get the 'basic' car wash. He said 'sure'. But I noticed he was going for the $14.99 'full service' wash, so I said 'no, I want the $8 wash'. He said 'outside only?" and I said yeah. He marked it, I went in and paid, no problem. Then I waited around maybe five minutes, the car came out, about five guys went over and wiped it off, and the windows got washed. One of them called me over, I handed him my slip, he handed me my keys, and I was off. But I definitely did not get any smiles. I think maybe giving them a two dollar tip would be a good idea if a return is contemplated. When I got home I went around and thumb-nailed off some residual sap they didn't get. But for the price, the wash was very good.
Did an amazing job on my car, but promised to get me out in less than an hour and it took over 90 minutes. I was late for work.
I ABSOLUTELY. LOVE this place i never have an issue with them cleaning my camaro. KEEP up the good work guys. Just remember. If you pay for an 8.00 car wash your gonna get an 8 dollar car wash.
Fast but not the cleanest or detailed. They rush clean and rush dry your car. But I go here because they have good deals online... and living in SD it's always good to have your car wash about once a month or so. They do an ok job. I noticed if you get your car waxed and wash you'll get better cleaning...
DO NOT GO HERE! Gentle touch car wash left huge scratches all across my roof as well as down the sides of my car. They were were not polite at all and overpriced. Horrible business. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
