Damaged my vehicle. I always take "before condition" photos before handing my keys over, and noticed the damage before picking my keys back up. I showed them the time stamped photos with no damage and they would not even acknowledge my report. Shady operation, good luck with the police report I submitted against you!
Horrible place to wash your car. I just washed mine and it smells really bad. The guy who was drying it got his tip and walked away with out saying thank you. He didn't give me the key and I had to look everywhere inside my car for 5 min. I asked the other employee and she gave me the keys. It was on top of the rear tire. Do I supposed to grabb it from there?
Not happy at all!!! Supposedly the car was ran through the washing area but very little water was on my car when the guy was drying it. I had to make sure he wiped it down good and saw that he was only wiping the dirt off. I only picked this place because it was close to my job and I was looking for a car wash during my lunch hour. I would not recommend this place at all. What a waste of my time and money.

I've been taking my car to them for years and have never had a bad experience. It won't be perfect, but I'm not paying the price for perfect....The inside is nicely vacuumed, the windows are all clean, and the outside of my black car looks great...what more can I ask?
