This place is horrible!!! Dont expect a single thing more then you pay for, and dont expect to be able to communicate with any of the employees if you dont speak Spanish. Even the level of service you do pay for is sub-standard at best. While waiting for my car to be finished, I witnessed 3 other customers visibly upset with the service they received. They dont thoroughly remove all the excess water from everywhere, unlike other places that air blow it for the same price, and the vacumm job is annoying!!! Other then the carpet they wont do anything else even if they see a crumb on your seat or on your door panel!! I feel totally unappreciated and the customer service is so sad. This is not the first time you guys have upset me and I've tried to come back a few times in hope it got better, but no not at all even one little bit. If you guys actually read this then I hope for other peoples sake that you change your level of service, but as for me I'll never be returning.
This car wash is literally the best place you can go in all SD. I had the best customer service and it surprised me. I haven't got such kindness from any other car wash place. Everyone was cleaning and treating my car really beautifully. I loved how the workers cleaned my car. They left it really smooth and with no dirty spots. I want to thank all the staff members at NP Car wash for being great people and for great customer service. I will definitely come back to NP Car Wash! :)
I got a 14.99 wash, I had left a doggy bag of poop in my car. Mind you everything was supposed to be vacuumed. The vacuum people left bag of poop on my seat. So when it got to the people that dry and wipes the interior, I see them laughing and looking at me. Didn't expect that is was me they laughing at and they still didn't remive the poop. I didn't notice it until after I tipped $5. I am not racist but these were all Hispanic (Mexicans). 2 places where they should have removed the poop, they did not, and set bck laughing at. The oustside was done ok but they left spray spots on my dashboard area and sand in my seat. Use at your own risk.
Went here for years. Then one day they caused a large visible gash on my dashboard I assume from reckless use of the vacuum hose. Removed a chunk of paint off my hood and found out later they had also broken my rear seat cup holder all in the same visit. They refused to take responsibility and tried to place blame on me. Again I have been a happy customer here for years so I have no reason to make this up against them all the sudden. Complete crooks! If I wasn't dealing with major health problems I'd have the energy to win them in small claims court with my evidence.
Just had my truck washed there today. They did a terrible job. They did not wipe the inside clean, had to ask them for a rag so I could do it myself. They barely vacumn the mats, ask them to redo it. They left my truck in the vacumn area and didn't even bother to back it out and bring it back to me!! The guy had an attitude about having to redo his JOB!! Cashier very pleasant so was on duty manager!! Was going to come back tomorrow with my other vehicle but not now. They do not accept debit..no ATM'S nearby!
