We have felt welcomed over and over again from those who attend regularly to those who lead various ministries. It is a great place for kids to be kids. Our kids actually ask to stay for both services now, so it has made it easy for me to now serve from time to time. They come home talking about what they learned each Sunday and have a great time. Service project bring all together and VBS is pretty incredible.
Pastor Elisha preaches a Word that always helps me and speaks to me right where I am in life. Plus there is SO MUCH LOVE in the congregation. Come and worship with us, everyone is welcome here.
My kids went here for VBS and some of the staff was horrible to them. The lead older teacher over arts and crafts was so mean to them which I had a child in 4th, 5th, 6th and they all said the same thing. The male helper in 4th grade was very rude to my daughter. It's sad that you can't leave your child at church events without them being mistreated. They will not be back. On a good note all the kids said wonderful things about pastor Kendrick and he was delightful when I met him. He was amazing with the children. VBS 2017
We have been attending for about a year and half now. We love to come because it is a church full of people in all stages of life gathered to genuinely learn, share, and love. We were initially impressed by the Pastor's Bible teaching. His leadership style is refreshing. He and other staff members personally reach out to others and encourage new and old attendees to join in the fun.
His teaches from the Bible. Lessons are eye opening, deep, and we appreciate that sermons are not following a "cookie cutter" lesson plan that sometimes you see to get folks in the door or make all "feel good". In one word, this church is genuine.
