Be Careful! Dude makes promises he can't make, especially when it comes to when remains will be available. He gives you dates and times on when stuff will be back without having all the necessary paperwork filed or checking with a doctor before hand. Caused my family more stress than needed. Definitely, will be using another cremation service next time
