Well, I can't say I wish the experience of losing a loved one to anyone. But if there's a mortuary who does their absolute best to make it as easy for the grieving family as absolutely possible, it's Clairemont Mortuary. The Mortuary Manager (Dorothy) and the Staff Associate (Linda) who helped our family were the absolute best! Dorothy and Linda helped us put on a viewing and funeral service in 9 days and were very professional, sympathetic, sensitive to our requests, always were easily reached whenever we called or e-mailed them, and took so much of the stress out of the process as they could. We called and inquired often, Dorothy and Linda were so kind and the level of service provided to us by the two of them was outstanding. You could tell from the first time we met them, that this wasn't something they just get paid to do, but that they love to help make this time for families who have lost a loved one as easy as it could be and it's evident in the way they treat the families.
They were able to accommodate every request we made. Our family who was visiting from the Philippines even commented on how well a job they did with their service provided for my mom's funeral. I will gladly recommend Clairemont Mortuary to all our friends, family, and close acquaintances if they're ever in need of services after losing a loved one. I know my mom was very happy with the hard work that Dorothy, and especially Linda had given my dad, my brother, and me during this very difficult time. Kudos to Clairemont Mortuary for treating us so well this past week and a half!
