She said someone else will cut your hair..
After being seated to prepare for my haircut my stylist had to answer the phone. I heard her talking to the customer saying it's slower now and she could take "her" she went down to record the name and asked her when she would be in and she said okay I'll see you in 10 minutes stylist came back and remove me from her chair to tell me she had an appointment coming...
First of all, Christine was 15 minutes late for our appointment. (I was her first in the morning.) She said she forgot she was working that day. I told her I just needed a trim and didn't want to end up looking like a man. Well, she kept cutting and cutting and I did end up with the shortest haircut I've ever had! Then she tried to sell me on color and a perm. No way! Very disappointed and will never return.
Completely unprofessional..
I had never left unsatisfied until today.
I got up and walked out the door..
How do you remove someone to wait for someone not there that just an appointment on the phone?
rude and quiet towards me. worst bleach and cut job ive ever recieved. layers look awful. would NOT recommend.
(But no manager was on duty today.. I guess all business practices go out the door when the boss is away).

Louann is amazing. Every time I go get my haircut from Plaza Hair Salon, she always does 100%. I highly recommend this place.
I assume the person on the phone was gonna be a larger charge than just your normal haircut i was getting..
I have been seeing Louann for over a year and she has always done a great job. Louann listens and remembers to what you like and don't like. I highly recommend that you ask for her by name. She always takes her time and does a good job plus she's friendly. The rest of the staff are very nice too. This is by far the best hair salon I've been to and their prices are very reasonable.
The ladies I've had cut my hair before have done well..
