I called customer service and she didn't want to help, she said 'oh our system doesn't show, she didn't want to help, she said call Expedia.
I do not recommend this place. We won't come back or use any of the Homewood Suites ever again!
I paid extra to get a room with views, I didn't get the courtyard views I paid for, instead we got parking. So, where is my money, yes, the money I paid extra.
Homewood Suites surprised us with parking charge $15, the parking is huge for stores, restaurants, and yes, they want to take more money, unexpected fees!!!
So much good at this property. Brought family of 5 for 10 day vacation. Very comfortable room. Food (both breakfast and the M-Th dinners) were very good. Staff throughout the property were so helpful and cared about the smallest details. Pool and hot tub was a great place to end our days. Very close to a nice park and grocery stores. Room had full kitchen, full size fridge which helped reduce costs for us. Hotel is centrally located with easy parking.
Homewood Suites is my favorite of the Hilton brands. Best combination of quality rooms and services without being too overpriced. This specific HS is in an amazing location by the water plus it's near the airport. Beautifully designed to have resort aesthetics. My new favorite HS location. Top 3 Hilton's in SD for me.

The hotel met all of my expectations. Rooms and pool were clean and breakfast was good. The best part about it though it's the location. It is very close to the airport and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.
Great location. And incredible free breakfast. My wife and I came here for a little vacation and it served us well. Would definitely revisit.
