Horrible service, especially after a Symphony concert. There no longer is an attendant. Instead, people are instructed to use a machine in the lobby. By the time you get to the exit gate due to traffic, the validation no longer works so you must pay again at the gate. It took almost an hour to get out of the place on March 5, 2017!
