Sam the young man w/ glasses at the front desk was pretty rude. Even my wife agreed he was condescending. I have been parking here while traveling for almost 10 yrs. and have seen a few different faces. This one compelled me to say something. The drivers and the rest of the staff have been great. Had to single this guy out though. Maybe a behind the scene position for Sam would be a better fit. I'm just saying.......
This is one of the least expensive parking places in the area. I made reservations via email, it was too easy. We left a car parked 33 days and they provided a shuttle to/from the cruise terminal. After a month, the fee is a monthly rate which was $150. You can have other services on your car while you are gone. My car was pulled up front and waiting for me on my return. I recommend them and would use them again.
The upside to this lot is that it's located fairly close to downtown and their prices (were) quite good for the area. Unfortunately they've had a price increase since last year and it's suddenly not worth overlooking the world's worst customer service to save a few bucks.
The staff here is rude, impatient, and incompetent. The shuttle drivers are especially awful. It's truly a wonder they're still employed.
This is a great place to park your car, they have good rates and free shuttle service to the airport.
They have a sign for staff hanging in full view of their customer-facing desk that says "Customer loyalty only 8% in July" with a giant frowny face. I wonder why only 8% of their customers are returning?

My family and i paid for parking ( 288 dollars by the way) and were charged that amount TWICE. When we called to speak with someone about being issued a refund we were told to leave a message and we would be contacted by Joanne. almost a week later NOTHING has happened. NO phone call in reference to us receiving a refund and TERRIBLE customer service. No sense of urgency to help my family and i what-so-ever.
We've been parking here every year during Comic Con for the past six years. Over the past two years we've had horrible experiences with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This will be our last year.
Avoid this place. There are plenty of lots in the area that will surely treat you better.
