It's a zoo and it gets worse every time I park. Their garage holds only so may cars but they will double and parallel park as many cars as possible making it a nighmare to navigate or leave your parking spot. They keep this up I will park elsewhere. Corporate greed at its finest.
Great experience parking there! My car was safe and sound. Driver was there at 1:00 am since our plane was 3 hours behind schedule; would definitely park there again.
If you like waiting while stressing out about making your flight then this is a great place to park. Otherwise I would recommend going someplace else where they value their customers. it seems they're trying to optimize their profits at the cost of customer bad customer service. The reliability of the shuttles keeps getting worse and slower.
They will double park behind you causing you to wait for them to move the car after you have returned from a flight
Great parking with fast shuttles to and from the lot. Grace was wonderful when I checked out, making it all so quick and easy. She gave me a bottle of water and got me going quickly. Wonderful customer service.
