Zero stars! Purchased a conure from this company at an event in Orange county. 11 days later the bird suddenly passes away and is found at the bottom of her home in the morning by my wife and son. When contacting the company they can only say that they offer no gaurantee after the purchase of the bird. The owner didn't sound surprised or concerned at all when I told him about what had happened either.....he must be used to getting calls like that. DO NOT PURCHASE A PET FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY TO BE HEART-BROKEN!!!
Lets start off saying that birds here are in very poor condition i worry for their health. My son and i bought a bunny here expecting it to be a life long family member, 3 days later it died not only breaking my heart but my sons heart! When i called the owner his response was "how weird". When i asked him what was he gonna do about it he only offered a discount on another one. We will not be going back and do not recommend this place at all! Why is this place even open?
