Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and they have good prices
Place looks dumpy. But worth it for the price. They sell well priced pet food. Plenty of parking for quick errand.

I order some seeds from my birds and paid in advanced and got the wrong seeds, called owner and he agreed to bring it back since it was his mistake, when I tried to return it..he wouldn't trade it for the right product, he wanted to charge extra for bringing it back.
Owner was absolutely a lifesaver in helping my friend's sick kitten ( that Pet smart wanted to charge $$$$ to treat).
