Lived here with my husband when he was in the military. Loved the apartments and the landlord loved us a lot. Maintenance was always available. Laundry site was great. The only downside is that they are old & don't have central AC. We had a bad ant infestation. We were blessed to find a reasonable price in a nice area like that. Loved the fact that rent could be paid online too!
Please do not rent a apartment from Stadium Arms Apartments they will charge you a 875 dollor security deposite and when you move out they will send you a bill and when you call to talk about what happend they threaten you and tell you to pay it or they will put it on your credit report. If you call back more then once they will hang up on you as well. PLEASE DONT LET THEM TAKE AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NO REASON!!!! APARTMENTS SUCK AS WELL AND ARE INFESTED WITH SILVER FISH!!!
JUST rented an apartment here. They do NOT clean before you move in. Our carpets were filthy and covered in mold. When we addressed the issue with management, they basically said, "It's as is. Take it or leave it." Would not even fix it- we had to steam clean the carpets ourselves. The bathrooms were also disgusting. Rust and mold everywhere. VERY disappointed. I figure if I'm going to fork over nearly $900 a month, the place should at least be clean.
THIS IS A GREAT COMPLEX!!! My family and I have lived here for nearly 10 years and we love it. The current management is great compared to management of the past. The prices are competitive and the property is very well maintained for its age. They have a great pool and fitness center. It's centrally located and close to quick freeway access. We can watch the KGB SkyShow from our parking space!! Maintenance repairs can be a little slow, but I think it's because they only have one maintenance guy? What's amazing is how many people are so quick to complain when it's probably their own fault they didn't get their deposit back...the residents who just moved out from above me were very dirty (I looked in the apartment after they moved out) I doubt they ever vacuumed the floor...and they left the place a TOTAL mess...if I left my apartment that dirty I wouldn't expect to get my deposit back at all! It's a wonderful community with many long-time residents and those few complaining short timers! But that's another great thing about the management....they don't tolerate loud disruptive people, the courtesy patrol is wonderful!
