The stuff so we's :-( always super busy but always friendly are usually wait about 5 to 10 minutes to get help they probably have a lot of other things on their plate this is not a service center is only come here to pick up stuff
My husband and I made appointments to get passports for the first time and the entire process from start to finish was extremely smooth and easy! We were able to get an appointment at our desired time and location within about a week! Once we arrived at our appointment, we were warmly greeted by Nina. Nina was by far the sweetest, most patient, kind and helpful government employee I have ever come across. She was fast and quite funny, making our experience pleasant and a total breeze. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a passport, especially if Nina is working! Thank you, Nina!
This place does not answer the phone. They have very bad customer service and seem to hate their lives. Not the coldest beers in the fridge!!
The office itself is awful - can't get through; dispatcher doesn't always tell carriers about scheduled picks ups, bad. But we have 2-3 carriers on our route (who are connected with this p.o. location) who are topnotch - when they're on, it helps make up for the disfunctionality of this location - these mail carriers will even check regular shippers to see if we had something to go out. When they aren't, such as today, I can't get through to anyone & am unsure whether an important pick up is going to happen :(
Got my passport done here, lots of parking and the passport lady is very nice. (:
