Trailer Park From Hell. Bugs. Bees. Asbestos shacks. Condemned buildings .Narrow lots. heard sex next door. People Pee outside baths shacks are gross. I would not be surprised to find it closed in the near future! It's just Nasty!
No problems while I stayed here. I never felt unsafe or had any problems with neighbors or management. The price is right and location is perfect for visiting San Diego beaches and downtown.
Called yesterday to inquire about availability for a one week stay in February 2017. Even though they advertise a 299$ weekly rate on their website, I was quoted 325$. That was before reading the different postings on this site. I now understand that this operation is questionable and I will definitely not stay there.
The name alone "Coastal Trailer" should have been a dead give-a-way, Extremely noisy area 24 hours a day. Coastal Train, Motor Cycles, Freight Train shakes the ground and will cause your vehicle horn to sound each time. Strange behavior of a people walking through and around the Villa 24-7. Trailer park is nowhere near maintained. Installation of rear fence boards are a joke, the rest rooms must be part of the WWII historical site. The photographer who took the RV pictures of this park was very selective when building their website. Do yourself a favor, keep looking!
