I'm updating this review because the down to Earth manager we had, unfortunately, passed away much to soon. And now they have a very petty "park host", who goes far beyond what any host should do. He makes living there uncomfortable and pretty near unbearable. It's sad for those of us who only want to be left alone to live in peace, unmolested. You made a better tenant than park host (hostile) Ismael.
The park is currently selling mobile homes at below market value to fill the park up after the deal to sell the land fell though - and won't be happening - ever.
This is the greatest place to live in SD County. My neighbors and manager are the best!
This park is NOT closed. Just yesterday they sold another unit - and I sold another mobile home insurance policy.
