Busy food court here. Parking is a bit cramped. Ingress/egress a bit convoluted, but could improve after major construction at UTC across the street is completed.
Good place to get your car detailed. Expensive grocery store. Meh restaurants. Post office. Hard to access. Big condo complexes.
Quiet and relaxing areas to sit outside in the Sun.

Good strip mall in UTC across the street from the very large Westgate Mall in UTC. Free underground parking. Escalator and elevator access to the main level and upper level shops. Post Office is conveniently located here. Nice assortment of shops here.
