I recieved a Brazilian wax by Parisa, awesome service and results she actually took her time to make sure everything was good to go .Parisa made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Really looking forward to going back next month. :) definitely recommend.
Came in excited to try a new place, but found the waiting room completely empty....there wasn't even anyone at the desk. I waited for 15 minutes still no sign of life, and then left. I will definitely not be coming back here ever again.
This was my 2nd trip to Natura - so far I have nothing but rave reviews. My last waxing place left me with a bad taste in my mouth with their business practices and I went searching for better and I found it in Natura! Great bedside manner and attention to detail, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they always have some type of specials but aren't overly salesy/pushy about them, it truly makes me want to do business with them. See you guys again next month!
I went for a brezilian wax and Denize did amazing. The process was far from painful compared to my previous experiences. She took extra time to specifically target all the challenging hairs. And all of that with a charming personality and thoughtful advises.
I've been going to Natura for about 2 and a half years now and I love it! I've been to the la Mesa and Mira Mesa locations and have had great experiences at both. The girls are always nice and very knowledgeable!
