This is our primary stop for fresh vegetables and bread. Their sangak (stone) bread is one of a kind. We find the cashiers always helpful and friendly - especially Afsaneh who is always cheerful and tries to help the customers.
This is my go to Asian grocery store! I like to experiment with Asian recipes and they have everything I need. From different sauces to noodles to ready to eat meals...this place is great. It is a pretty large grocery store given the area. Many of their items are not in English so make sure you know what you are looking for.
I really love balboa International market, this is the place I get all my fresh meat from. If you go to to get meat make sure to talk to Zabi because he is the best butcher and hes very nice too!
I love fresh vegetables and varieties of cheese at this shop. The restaurants in the shop is really great, serve various types of freshly cooked rice, kobabs, salads and thin bread.
