Excellent service. Had to get visas for upcoming trip to Vietnam and Cambodia and expected to wait 3+ weeks. Had passports back in my hands within 2 weeks. They used a courier service that hand-carried the passports to the respective embassies in Washington D.C. (not just mailed back and forth). Very friendly and efficient staff. With a first trip to China coming soon, having heard all sorts of stories about the challenges of getting a visa, and searching the Internet for visa and services info - the path forward was muddy at best! Bottom line, though, was that I didn't want to mail my passport (yes, physical passport) to some faceless internet advertising service company - I wanted to go to where I handed my documents to a real person, was able to look them in the eye, and have a sense of confidence that everything was in good hands.
