Those people are not honest. They fix your teeth but charge you arms and legs. They send you a big bill of several thousands $$$ charges to you, which should be charged to your insurance. You make a lot of phone calls to the insurance company and to the clinic to correct this (which should be their effort!), and be careful of the billing and charges from them. It seems you need to know your insurance and to explain to them (and sometime they still make mistakes). Also decline any so called free upgrade, probably your insurance will not pay and then you have to pick the cost. Be careful about the billing!!!

12/14/16, the dentist crowned tooth 29 that had no pain or cavity, and replaced the metal crown of tooth 3. He shaved both teeth way smaller, and he even shaved more after the same-day crowns were made because his design didn’t fit.

Love these guys. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I can come in to get my dental work done along with my kids dental work. Now that is convenient. The hygienist showed genuine care for my health as well as the dentist.

Terrible place, avoid at all costs!

This office is incredibly professional and the dental professional evaluates what needs to be done and then they have you speak with a benefits coordinator to explain exactly what things are going to cost. The thing that I appreciate most is that they let you choose your treatment based on your financial situation and they 100% respect that. The last thing I will say is that they have multiple dental professionals in house (periodontist, etc) and that makes my life so much easier.

Yes, they quietly let that aggressive or poor-skilled dentist leave the office, but the owner is no better in term of how he deal with the malpractice, plus why he let a bad dentist work in there, does this say something about him? I don’t believe he does not know anything about whoever works in the office.

To possibly fix the problems caused or started by their poor work(no guarantee), lots of money is needed, because either the doctors or therapist don’t take insurance or out of network!

Now every day I have pains in head, neck or back and ear ringing, sometimes all day or all night, and severe! I am always waken up by ear ringing and pain even if I take medicine!

I live very close to this dental office but now I hate to go to that plaza because I will think of how my health is ruined by the office , how suffering I am now because of the office and how indifferent they are to my crying for help over and over. The owner cares about money more than patient, requiring the proof in order to refund?! Such an excuse! Proof is me, suffering after their work and RT (well-done)needed for both teeth within three months of their work, losing one of the two teeth and still suffering! Even if the dentists I went to implied the crowns were poor jobs or had the comments like: the crowns were too deep or thick, the teeth were shaved so much, or how this dentist can graduate from dental school, they would not put those opinions on paper. How can I get “proof”??! Anyone has any suggestions?

That day I opened my mouth for 3 hours and got headache. Later inflammation, headache then sensitivity happened within 3 months. I had to do root canals through both crowns very soon, but I got ear, neck, shoulder pain and ear ringing on the same side of the two teeth. But even if the root canals were done well(evaluated by several dentists and CT), the ill-fitted crowns made them fail to work. The tooth 3 was eventually removed piece by piece, but terrible headache, neck pain and sensitivity to sound after that! Lots of medications(bad to liver or stomach), doctor visits and therapies! Before their work, I had none of those and was so healthy and pain free!

The office refused to give me back one penny of the 2000$ they earned from my insurance, and I don’t want to spend so much time on lawsuit since my poor child is still under recovery after mistreatments in Rady, which is indirectly caused by their work(The appt for my right-side headache let my son miss the chance that could have let him avoid terrible Rady), and my spouse gets sick too after all the stress caused by Rady!

Clean, modern facility, good dentists. Insurance pre-authorizations need lots of follow up though.

The gals at the front desk was knowledgeable about my insurance coverage which was helpful for me to plan out what treatments I need to get done.
