I was told a product would be covered under warranty, only to come back and told it's not. Whatever it is, at least tell me the exact policy so I don’t have waste couple hours driving and wait at the store.
Wish I could give 0 stars. I was gonna change the battery for my phone but they told me that if they broke the glass during battery change, I need to responsible for cost and all my content will be lost. I was shocked! If they screwed up your phone, then that is your problem not theirs!! They care themselves more than their customers!

Went in at 8pm on Tuesday. Was a lil worried based on reviews. There was more staff then customers. Very helpful and quick, the girl working the accessories area who likes fleetwood mac did a great job and was nice to talk to.
I’ve been a loyal customer with Apple since OS X panther. Maybe things have changed since then but the repairs in store and nothing but a rip off. The cost for screen repairs is border line extortion. I’ve owned iPhones since the original but this will be my final Apple purchase.
Apple has changed from customer oriented support to caring only about profits.
Apple has stopped caring about its customers now. They only care what’s convient for themselves. Told different stories by different techs resulting in wasted time. They seem to value their own time than customer’s.
I walked off the store disguised and decided to cancel my $1200 iphoneX order.
