Now the downside. I called right back to get a price on a rate compass that I saw on their counter when I ordered the mount. The owner looked it up in about 30 seconds and gave me a price. It was more then I thought so I said thank you and was about to hang up when I realized he didn't hang up his phone. In the background I could hear him berating me and saying "I love it when A$$HOLES call for a price when they know they can't afford it." This man doesn't know me at all and decides that I'm not worth his time despite just spending $350 on a radome mount that I really don't NEED.
In summary, parts and service were great. Ordering was fast and easy. EVERYONE in the office EXCEPT the owner was very professional and nice. I'll never give this man my money again and simply went across the street to give them my $600 for the rate compass instead.
Referred to them by a store down the road for a Radome mount. Came into the store and it's clean and seemed welcoming. Explained what I needed and was immediately helped and part was found quickly. Price was less then other retailers so I ordered the part. Staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the lady. Part came in next day which was very pleasing. I gave them my card and explained that I would love to help them if they ever needed help. I'm a Cisco Certified Network Engineer and disabled combat veteran. Picked it up with no problems. I asked if all the parts were in the box to mount my Simrad 4G Radome and was told yes. Brought it home to install and realized it was not all there. You need a top plate. No big deal, mistakes happen. Called and got who I think is the owner. He was friendly and ordered the top plate for me without any money down.
