Called in beforehand and talked to Scott with some questions, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. When we got to the store he was there to help us with our mattress purchase. He was super friendly and we felt very comfortable. He was not pushy or overaggressive. We bought the mattress and feel very satisfied with our purchase and didn’t fell up-sold.
Mac did a terrific job leading us to the right sofa/love seat combo for our living which was great. I felt it was no hassle. However we were promised same day delivery and somehow our order did get put in to the system so we weren't able to receive it today. Bummer because we had made plans to have people over but we canceled due to the fact that our furniture didn't come as expected.
I found what I wanted online & went to the store to check it out in person. It was a quick & easy transaction. 4 stars because if you want to save yourself

$70 & pick it up you have to go to the warehouse in North County, they don't stock anything at the stores. Otherwise, the delivery service is fast & efficient.

I was skeptical to go to that store because of the location. My friends and family spoke well of this store. I decided to checkout the place because of the quality of the furniture. I don't regret my decision. It was a great turnout. Highly recommend this place. The guy who helped me, Raul, was attentive. I will be posting on Facebook too. Thanks!
