The staff is friendly & helpful, they give you space and listen to what you are looking for. They are not pushy salesmen.
Too bad google won't let me give better than a 5 star rating! Our shopping experience at Mor was beyond great. We had actually just left Ashley Furniture up the road, and was headed back home to downtown SD. We had never been in a Mor furniture store, so we decided to stop by, and see what it was about. Upon entering, we were greeted by Igor. He asked a few simple questions, and told us to come find him if we needed anything. Throughout our time looking, he would check back with us to see if we had any questions, which we did! The one thing we both HATED about Ashley was the fact that we couldn't look at furniture for 10 minutes before the same salesman would be back trying to pressure us into financing their overpriced furniture, after saying multiple times we weren't interested. We weren't able to enjoy looking at any of their furniture, so we decided it was best to leave. The experience was completely opposite at Mor. We were initially only looking for a bed, but ended up getting a new entertainment center for our living room as well! For the HUGE bed with shelving, and a very rustic looking entertainment center, we left spending under $2,200! That would not have happened at Ashley. The great customer service we received from Igor, mixed with awesome pricing made for a very pleasant shopping experience. We can't wait for our new furniture to be delivered later this month!!
I walked into the store and immediately was greeted with a smile. I told Jomell that I was looking for a sectional couch for my apartment. He showed me all of the sectional couches that Mor had to offer. I found one that I liked that fit exactly what I wanted and needed. All thanks to Jomell Thomas for making the process very easy and professional. He helped me through the process by asking specifically what kind of couch and set up I was looking for. Definitely will purchase my next piece of furniture from Mor.

Prices here seemed to average out with competing furniture stores.
I went to Mor's Furniture in Miramar two weeks ago at night looking for new beds for my children. The sales representative who greeted us was Nick. I told him what I was looking for and he showed us around. He didn't hover around me like a hawk and he just let me look in peace. He was very personable and attentive. I even asked a certain question and he wasn't for sure so he said he would go look on the computer and find out the answer for me. Then last week I received an email from Mor Furniture about their Veterans Day sale and there was a couch that I saw that I had been looking for one similar to that for a few years now. I went in the next day and asked specifically for Nick because I wanted to take a look at the couch and I had a few questions. He was off that day so I returned the next day when he was there and found him and he assisted me again with great customer service. I even I asked Nick to call over his manager so I can speak to him. I spoke to Lee, the manager that night who was very friendly and helpful. I had to thank Lee for having Nick as a member of their team.
Quality over quantity, so. If you are looking for a recliner -they might have just 5 to choose from.
Giant store, two stories and free coffee, cookies and popcorn to avoid hangry shopping.
