I wish I could give five stars simply for Amanda in their customer service department who is courteous, kind, and efficient. Unfortunately, my first order arrived and the chorizo I ordered was warm so it needed to be discarded. I called and let them know what happened, and they sincerely apologized and sent out another order of the same, with extra ice. That order arrived today hotter than the first order. Super disappointed. Luckily I spoke with Amanda and she refunded me, but I was really looking forward to some queso fundido. I'll order again, just absolutely nothing refrigerated.
Never actually been here but I ordered a picture of Our Lady of Guadalupe for my Church. Well it got lost in the mail and with no questions asked and no extra charge they sent me another. Great customer service!
