Great ptoduce at great prices. The cooked food & the tortillas are delicious, the frijoles puercos and costillitas are my fave! All the prepared food is delicious even the rice...not very many places can make good arroz. The staff is friendly & helpful. There are some items that are over priced but that's because they are in a convenient location. Great customer service!! (Don't listen to that guy, they are not racist...how would he know they're talking trash if he doesn't speak the language? Sounds to me like he's the racist one)
The produce is very fresh!
Family type market. Large produce section (little if any organic) a bakery, and ready to eat Mexican goodies, like chili rellenos, salsa and lots more. Those items can run out toward the end of the day. Fresh meat and fish. This is a food market with staples like toilet paper, but not a lot if you need OTC stuff and supplements. The food savings here compared to the large chains are substantial. As the name implies, this is a Mexican market. The staff is kind and helpful (except one who needs to learn where things are ).
Great meat selection. Stop here for your bbq meat. Their queso fresco is good too.
Lot of variety of Mexican food but check out for some expired products..
