I cannot get help here. They are the least helpful medical professionals I've ever come into contact with. Dr. Saifi told me that "maybe my psychiatrist should be my doctor", since I "have a lot of mental issues". Charming. 0/10
There's a reason so many people have given them 1 star! They are the worst! Unprofessional, Disrespectful and they do not care about your health! I really hope they are taken off as a network provider. Oh and the Office Manager is an a**hole. Incompetent idiot who probably has no real training & lied on HIS resume.. Center for family health, you want better reviews, get rud if that Dumba** Office Manager!
Had an 8:30 appointment and get there a few minutes early because I'm supposed to be starting a new medicine for my M.S. The elevator is shut off so I walk the staircase and the doors locked walk back down and wait 30 minutes until the lady unlocked the door only to tell me the Dr is gonna be running an hour or so late but there gonna put me a bed together in the back. Lmfao Was supposed to be in there for a 6 to 8 hour watch well I start this new medication. Would be better off going down to Tijuana. Much cleaner and probably more on top of it. Bad Bad!
First time at Dr Safi's office was great! Very pleasant, talked about having surgery aboard he was understanding. Also told me it was ok to come back for care...came a wk before surgery to ask about some type of pain control, Ian booked the appt. Appt time came why was i pulled to the side not in the office to question me! Very unprofessional Ian...GET IT TOGETHER!! YOU ARE NOT THE DR!!
Worst primary care doctor group ever. Plan on being on hold for at least 45 minutes through their automated system, then expect to get disconnected. You'll call back, but you'll only suffer the same experience every time. They are not responsive, and I have had to get my insurance involved to set up appointments for me. Due to the insurance companies' involvement, this office is now under investigation to be removed as a provider from Sharp Health Plan.
