Doctors and nurses are in general good. However, waiting times for pharmacy are incredibly slow, even early in the morning.

The doctors and nurses I see are wonderful. However I am regularly billed for 1) missing appointments I attended and 2) appointments I didn't attend because I never scheduled them. SHS always clears the charge but it is incredibly frustrating to contest missed appointment charges so often. I suspect most students don't bother to fight the charge, but please do! Maybe we can create an incentive to improve
For such a large school, having a clinic that closes almost every day with crappy telephone services, it is a miracle that this place stood without being demolished. Please do better UCSD
People were nice. But everything was soooo slow. Insurance information not updated, I had to go to another office to get it done. And then waited another hour to get my jabs. There weren't many people in the clinic so I really don't know what the hold up was about. I can't believe I'm saying this but this place is even slower than the DMV.
