I sat on hold waiting for a nurse for 15 mins, while the little recording kept telling me that my wait time was less than a minute. I never got a hold of the nurse. Seriously, where is everyone?
Went for a sprained ankle and the nurse practitioner was really good, friendly, and knowledgeable. Its nice to have free healthcare as a student.
If you don't schedule an appointment 2days before you're sick then you won't see a doctor. Also trying to make an appointment online is a joke. It'll send you an email in the morning with the number. Terrible customer service. If you can manage to get an appointment the doctors are really nice
