Been a customer of overseas for almost 20 years. Yes they're very nice taking your money from you, get a Christmas card every year and advising you on how to spend your money on insurance. But when it comes to needing help they don't want to be disturbed. They will drag their feet on claims and shop for the cheapest possible repair to your vessel. Quote from owner Scott Jarvey "don't expect Rolls Royce repairs on your Chevy" I don't, I just expect professional customer service and quality work to maintene the safety of my boat and family that use it. Still waiting after four weeks!
