They have always been great. They have have taken care of my patents and me. They are the best!!
Not a good experience. First they have a security door which they take their time to buzz you in after you push the button. If your going to inconvenience people then be on their time not yours. The selection of men's Jewelry especially chains is very poor. I feel like I wasted my time for such a long drive for such a poor experience.
Buying Jewelry should be personal. They have been the best Jewelers I've experienced in quality, price and customer service. A few other places I've been to and bought from (Kay's, Ben Bridge, Tiffany's) did not meet those standards. 6 years ago I shopped around for my wife's engagement ring and couldn't find what I wanted until my Mom brought me to her Jeweler and introduced me to Briana. Even though it took me a few days to find that perfect diamond that fit my budget, she was excellent with service and expertise. To this day my wife and I love her beautiful ring (and each other of course) and I haven't had to go to another Jewler since. Today I was there and still receive that great experience so they deserve a great review that is long over due.
They have a good selection but are only really nice if they know you. Everytime I go here alone, I'm treated like I'm inconveniencing them but if I go here with a person who knows the owners they treat me amazing. They're putting too much effort into keeping old customers, which I understand is important, rather than making new customers feel loyal and welcome.
