I love the location, since it's down the street from where I live. It's a nice sizeable facility, with helpful attendants. However, the Internet access time could be a little longer.
Ive been coming to this location for years, havnt been here in a couple of years now. Ive notice its a whole new staff now, i didnt see the kind lady that use to help me locate the items that i needed anymore. The place is still relaxed, very quiet and peacful with great programs for children. I just miss seeing the previous staff members.
I use to come here when I was in elementary and it's still the same which is something I actually appreciate. But the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because I came here to study in peace and quiet. But it isn't exactly quiet. Maybe it's because I'm here on a Friday but not only are kids being loud but so are some of the adults. I wish the staff would ask them to tone it down because I keep reading the same page over and over since I'm easily distracted... other than that I love this library it's so nostalgic.
Clean, nice staff, very helpful..i also love that it's a cool spot ..
The a.c. feels great and I have to put on a sweater/jacket after a while - thats gow good the a.c. is. I DO agree with loud children & or adults on occasion. I even witnessed some clueslesa person attempting to carry on a loud conversation via cellphone..IN THE LIBRARY..IN THE COMPUTER ROOM. But, there is an excellent. Security guard there who will END any issue once he is informed. The staff is always helpful and well informed.
