I had a great experience! Furniture was priced significantly lower then most places I went to and I just received my bedroom set today and absolutely love it. Thanks guy!!
I purchased a sofa bed on 8/12 from the Miramar San Diego location. It's 8/25 and I and have not received any communication from Wyckes, no tracking info, no email, or a call. I then called twice to get an update as I have not receive any communication in 13 days and they can't provide me with any information. I spoke to the manager which was absolutely rude and kept raise his voice speaking over me on the phone. What a way to speak to a customer. I called them more than 8 times to get an update and they aren't answer my phone. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
Do not buy anything there! You can not exchange or return anything without paying a penalty. You simply cannot cancel a mattress order (because of their "made to order" BS). Really? They promised us quick delivery and after 2 weeks we are still waiting for a phone call...
Excellent furniture, great prices and great customer service. The on-line ordering customer service needs a bit of bolstering, but if you call one of the stores, the people there are spot on!
Love this store! Deborah was absolutely wonderful and helped us pick out the right couch for us. She was super knowledgeable about the different product offerings without being too pushy exactly my kind of sales person! I highly recommend this store and I know we will be back in the future! Can't wait to get our custom couch in a few short weeks!!
