Everything seemed great until closing. They shut off the power and would not let you redeem your tickets without warning. Would not recommend this place.
Terrible. Bad service. Pizza was expectedly mediocre and they weren't even restocking the buffet regularly. Chuck'e never came out to dance with the kids even though they had the recording playing on the speakers stating that he would and playing as if he were there. All the parents and children were looking for him, it was shameful. I'd give them negative stars if I could because for as much money as they take in, poor service is just plain disrespectful.
BAD BAD BAD!!! I Worked at one about 6yrs ago policy was to be well shaved no beards! From the 7 workers 3 of them weren't shaved. When I ordered I was never mentioned about my wait time being 1hr after 1hr and 10min I asked what had happen to my food. They stated they skipped my number they didn't see it on the making screen. After going for 1hour 30mins I asked who was the MOD in which I never spoked to because he was in the back I didn't get my money back, I was not offered nothing to compensate their error. For almost 2hours of waiting we finally got our food which was only 1 medium pizza and small order of wings.
There was also no one at the door to check if your kid was your kid!! The door was wide open at 830 and people would just walk in. Not good at all especially since earlier they stamped your hand so you assume your kids could not leave without you.
The management was awesome. The wait was average. The place for the most part looked clean. The staff was nice. I'm looking forward to coming back.
This place sucks machines out of order no tickets given terrible service and just simply a terrible place to take your kids if you are reading I recommend you take my word and completely avoid coming here trust it's a place mercy on your soul if you have been there
